Telstra aims to launch 4G to compete with National Broadband Network
Telstra's plans require comparable hardware. Australian telephone network provider Telstra has announced that it is to launch a carrier aggregation device offering download speeds of up to 150 megabits per second by the end of the year on mobile devices.
